Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We ship to the United Kingdom and select international locations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Shipping:
Europe: 7-15 business days
USA & Canada: 10-20 business days
Australia & Other Regions: 12-25 business days
Note: These are estimated shipping times and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders over £199 (UK only).
Standard and Express shipping costs vary based on location and order weight. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Dostyle.co.uk is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@dostyle.co.uk with your order details.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.
